A shopkeeper told a court how his colleague was killed ‘in front of his eyes’ by a 16-year-old boy in a row over cigarette papers. The teenager, who cannot be named, ran off laughing after felling 49-year-old Vijay Kumar Patel with a forearm smash at Rota Express in Mill Hill, north London.
