Killer admitted stabbing of MP was a terrorist attack

The killer of Conservative MP Sir David Amess admitted to police that stabbing the politician was a terrorist attack, a court heard. Ali Harbi Ali, 26,  wanted to die a martyr’s death after the attack but was instead bundled to the floor and restrained by two unarmed police officers after the killing.
