Latvian killer slipped into UK and murdered Alice Gross

A Latvian killer slipped into the UK unchecked after burying his wife in a shallow grave and murdered schoolgirl Alice Gross in a sexually motivated attack, an inquest jury found. Arnis Zalkans entered the country in 2007 after serving a seven year jail sentence for killing his wife.
