Let-off for blind man who brawled with hostel worker

A blind man brawled with a hostel worker who accused him of antisocial behaviour, a court heard. Ali Al Hamadani, 24, became involved in a dispute with Christopher Coughlan outside The Phoenix Hostel in Marylebone, central London on 15 September 2020.
