A hit-and-run biker who left a woman with ‘life-changing brain injuries’ after hitting her on his Ducati superbike in Trafalgar Square has been spared jail. Ram Monk, 30, ploughed into Christina Roubinet Filoche on his white 1200cc Ducati Multistrada as when through the historic location at 40mph – twice the legal limit.
