Let-off for woman who broke bailiff’s nose

A mother-of-two caught on film headbutting a bailiff and breaking his nose has been spared jail today (Thurs). John Chaffey was wearing a bodycam when he turned up at Flower Mutiy’s home in Docklands, east London, on 30 July last year. Mutiy, 23, headbutted him when he refused to hand back the bank card she was using as identification.
