Moped riders delivered Chemsex drugs in ‘Deliveroo’ bags

A gang of Brazilians delivered chemsex drugs on order using moped riders carrying ‘Deliveroo’ bags, a court heard. Jefferson Carvalhaes and his girlfriend Franciele Barros Da Silva ran the enterprise with an army of delivery drivers but they have fled the UK.
