‘Most wanted killer’ fears bedbugs in Romanian jails

One of Romania’s most wanted killers is fighting extradition because he claims prisons in his native country are infested with bedbugs. Vasilica-Viorel Baciu, 35, is said to have killed former national athletics champion Stefan Pavel following an argument in Lasi, Romania’s second largest city, in September 2013.
