Mother and sister in ‘cover up’ after man mowed down cop

A BMW driver mowed down a police officer who tried to arrest him for firing a gun in the street, a court heard. Aydin Altun, 26, discharged a pistol near White Hart Lane, Tottenham, north London and an eye witness gave the registration number of his black Mercedes to police last October 29.
