Murdered for his mobile

A 16-year-old boy was stabbed to death when he tried to stop two teenagers stealing his mobile phone, a court heard. Stelios Averkiou was sitting on a park bench when Kyi-Riece Sylvester and Leon Gruber, both 18, allegedly tried to rob him in Tottenham, north London, on 1 August last year.
