Novichok ringleader charged – but he can’t be extradited

Scotland Yard today (tues) announced it has charged the suspected ringleader behind the Salisbury nerve agent attack more than three years ago. Former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, 69, and daughter Yulia, 37, were poisoned with military grade Novichok on March 4, 2018, after it was smeared on the front door of their Wiltshire home.
