Paramedic cut down suicide victim in the park – then had a go on the swings

A student paramedic played on a swing after he cut down a suicide victim in a children’s park, a tribunal heard. Michal Szczytynski was training with the East of England Ambulance Service when he was called to the tragic scene on 10 August 2017.
