Parliament intruder was on ‘intelligence operation’

An intruder who broke into the Houses of Parliament after slipping past guards and climbing a roof claimed he was carrying out ‘an intelligence operation’. Devon Dorrall, 23, climbed over the roof of the Parliamentary Education Centre in broad daylight into the grounds on November 30 last year.
