Patient was released to kill

A patient who stabbed his carer to death after he was released from a maximum security ward has been sent back to hospital. Jimi Jedson, 41, knifed Patrick Clarke, 68, in the chest at the Southleigh Community Mental Health Hospital in south Croydon, south London, on 12 May last year.
