Practice manager who fleeced two dental surgeries walks free

A dental practice manager who swindled two surgeries out of £42,000 by invoicing patients with her bank account details has been spared jail. Stephanie Wakefield, 30, was responsible for managing the company’s finances at Aesthetic Dental Zone in Dulwich, southeast London. She used her position to substitute her banking details for those of the practice when invoicing patients.
