Rapper J Hus granted bail while he awaits knife trial

The Mercury prize-nominated rapper J Hus has been granted bail while he awaits trial for carrying a knife. The 23-year-old, whose real name is Momodou Jallow, secured his freedom after lodging a £100,000 security at Snaresbrook Crown Court. J Hus was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a knife or bladed article after police stopped a vehicle near Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, on 21 June.
