A serving member of the Royal Marines is facing years behind bars after admitting stockpiling explosives and Northern Ireland police uniforms in preparation for a terrorist attack. Ciaran Maxwell, 31, admitted preparation of terrorist acts relating to two caches of weapons found by members of the public in Northern Ireland.
