An investment banker with links to the suspected assassin of Alexander Litvinenko has been cleared of deleting messages from his iPhone during a probe into alleged insider dealing. Konstantin Vishnyak, 42, deleted WhatsApp from his phone when National Crime Agency officers showed up at his home on 6 September 2018. The Russian was being investigated for engaging with insider dealing alongside associate Sergey Tharlampovich.
