Covid patient died because wrong filter was used in his ventilator

A senior doctor at London’s Nightingale Hospital told an inquest into the death of a Covid patient he had no control of equipment or staff. Bus driver Kishorkumar Patel, 58, died on 26 April last year, 19 days after he was admitted to the medical facility at the ExCel Centre in Docklands.
