Teenager killed in police chase was mobile mugger

A talented teenage footballer who was killed in a high speed police chase was stealing mobile phones before he died, a court heard. Former Crystal Palace youth player Lewis Johnson, 18, crashed while being pursued by PC Paul Summerson, 44, through the streets of east London, on 9 February 2016.
