Sex attacker ‘raped unconscious woman’

A rapist was caught on CCTV having sex with an unconscious woman and then pulling her clothes back on after the attack, a court heard. Tyroon Aarons, 35, allegedly pulled down the alleged victim’s leggings and raped her after her friend left the room.
