Oh no! She’s on the sauce again!

A former public schoolgirl who yelled homophobic abuse at a police officer has walked free from court after her latest brush with the law.

Hanita Dadswell, 30, was so drunk she could not walk in a street line in Kensington Church Street on 15 October, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard.

Nathan Paine-Davey, prosecuting, said police officers spoke to a motorist who claimed Dadswell had thrown a bottle at his car.

‘The defendant was clearly very drunk with slurred speech and couldn’t walk in a straight line.

‘She was accompanied by a male friend, and they were both told to leave the area, but the defendant refused.

‘She started shouting homophobic comments such as ‘you’re a gay’ in relation to the police officer.’

Dadswell also yelled ‘motherf—er’, ‘f–k you’ and ‘paedo’ at the officers.

‘She was then arrested and in her interview she made no comment to all questions, said Mr Paine-Davey.

At the time of the offence Dadswell was in breach of a previous suspended sentence for racially aggravated harassment.

Sundeep Pankhania, defending, told the court: ‘Whatever sentence you pose it will be one in the community, not the activation of the suspended sentence order.

‘What I’m going to ask you to consider doing is to impose a long conditional discharge and impose a fine as far as the breach is concerned.’

Dadswell was fined for threatening behaviour in 2019 for lunging at police officers with a wine bottle after a boozy date with her boyfriend.

She had drunkenly ranted she ‘didn’t bloody like the police’ after officers were called out to investigate a report she had been assaulted on Valentine’s Day.

Dadswell was handed a 12-month community order in March last year for assaulting a police officer and calling another PC a ‘Welsh dyke’ following an incident at a boyfriend’s home in Chelsea.

Wearing a black turtleneck jumper Dadswell admitted threatening behaviour with intent to cause the police officer, named only as PC Tivey, harassment.

Dadswell, of Elmfield Way, Maida Vale, was sentenced to 24-month conditional discharge order and fined a total of £231.
