Social worker’s affair with client

A social worker had a two year affair with a client and paid her £110 to get the contraceptive implant, a hearing was told. Emile Springate allegedly had a sexual relationship with the young woman between September 2009 and October 2011, while employed by the States of Jersey Health and Social Services.
