Stonemason and teenager fought ‘like gladiators’

A father of three and a 14-year-old boy fought ‘like gladiators’ before the teenager stabbed his opponent to death, a court heard. The killer, who cannot be named, had allegedly provoked stonemason Jamie Markham, 45, ‘beyond endurance’ by shouting and swearing outside his flat in Chingford Mount, east London.
