Teenager accused of Russell Square rampage being assessed by psychiatrists

A teenager accused of killing an American woman and injuring five other people in a knife rampage in central London is being assessed by psychiatrists. Zakaria Bulhan, 19, allegedly stabbed retired teacher Darlene Horton, 64, in Russell Square just hours before she was due to fly home. The Norwegian national, of Somali origin, is also charged with the attempted murder of Martin Hoenisch, Lillie Selletin, David Imber, Bernard Hepplewhite and Yovel Lewkowski, who were all injured in the same attack….
