Teenager Cameron Finnigan faces jail after he encouraged woman to commit suicide
A teenager has admitted encouraging a woman to commit suicide online and possessing a ‘kill guide’. Cameron Finnigan, 19, was arrested at his home address in Horsham, West Sussex on 26 March by Counter Terrorism Policing South East. Finnigan today (Fri) admitted doing an act capable of encouraging or assisting suicide in March 2024.
