The landlady threw him out – so he killed her
A lodger who murdered his landlady after she told him to move out has been jailed for 18 years. Mohsen Saadi, 57, stabbed 42-year-old care worker Peninah Kabeba, known as Penny, 12 times at her home in Sutton, south London, on 27 May last year.
