Trial for tutor accused of having sex with teenager

A devout Muslim woman accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy appeared in court today. Quran tutor Hani Hersi, 36, allegedly had full intercourse with the child, who cannot be identified, between December 2014 and January 2015. According to charges Hersi also kissed the child on multiple occasions when she ‘didn’t reasonably believe that he was of or over the age of 16’.
