‘Tube passenger beat Liz Line employee to death after missing train’

A raging Tube passenger beat an Elizabeth Line assistant to death after missing his train, a court heard. Ayodele Jamgbadi, 29, started kicking an advertisement frame after he missed a train from Ilford Station to Stratford, Inner London Crown Court heard. When Jorge Ortega, 61, along with two other TfL employees, intervened and tried to calm the irate passenger down Jamgbadi floored him with one punch, knocking him unconsious.
