Bankrupt ‘tycoon’ lost documents when car was repossessed
The tycoon behind the doomed £3.5 billion theme park dubbed ‘Dartford Disneyland’ told a judge he cannot provide documents relating to his financial affairs because the only copies were destroyed when his car was repossessed.
