Two year wait for handbag theft trial

An alleged thief accused of stealing two designer handbags from a luxury store will have to wait more than two years for his trial. Smail Boubenider, 24, denies theft of two diamond crossbody bags from MCM on Conduit Street, on Mayfair on 26 December last year.
