Boss in court for email blizzard

An investment boss accused of sending thousands of emails to his former business partner and his wife has appeared in court. Simon Lyons, 45, and Farid Alizadeh, 45, set up Enstar Capital Ltd in 2004, and worked on more than £100m worth of developments. In 2023 a High Court judge granted an injunction under the Protection from Harassment Act banning Lyons from harassing Mr Alizadeh and his wife, 46-year-old Natasha Alizadeh.
