Fine for firm after architect dies in fire

A property management company whose fire safety failings were exposed by the death of a young architecture graduate has been fined £40,000. Sophie Rosser, 23, died after rushing into acrid black smoke engulfing the block of flats where she lived with her fiance Oscar Silva, 28.
