Two Latvian construction workers who laundered thousands conned out of online ticket site StubHub in a global scam have been spared jail. Romans Vovks, 41, and Dmitrijs Zolotenkovs, washed the cash through their UK bank accounts after the accounts of the site’s US clients were hacked.
