Putin associate ran bankrupt company

A company being wound up by the High Court was run by a controversial pro President Putin businessman who has helped set up foreign ’embassies’ on behalf of the phony Donetsk People’s Republic in war-torn Ukraine. Russian Ruslan Rostovstev was named in court papers in Cyprus as beneficially owning Grandwood Systems Limited. Mr Rostovtsev has been publically recognised by the Donetsk People’s Republic for ‘services to the state’, and opening so-called DPR embassies around the world to support their cause….
