Putin associate ran bankrupt company

A company being wound up by the High Court was run by a controversial pro President Putin businessman who has helped set up foreign ’embassies’ on behalf of the phony Donetsk People’s Republic in war-torn Ukraine. Russian Ruslan Rostovstev was named in court papers in Cyprus as beneficially owning Grandwood Systems Limited.
