A vigilante who constructed homemade bombs to protect his mother from drug dealers has been jailed for 15 months. Liam Pinnock, 39, filled an empty Vaseline tin with explosives on Guy Fawkes night last year. Pinnock said he became concerned that drug dealers were selling narcotics to his mother and were trying to take over his house, Blackfriars crown court heard.
