An illegal immigrant lived on a cannabis farm and became the dealer’s ‘gardener’ so he could send money to his Albanian family, a court heard. Maksim Zyka, 39, was arrested on 19 February after police found 288 cannabis plants in a terraced house on Mayfield Road, Thornton Heath, Croydon, south London.
