Sex change vice-girl Deborah Hart who claimed she had allowed a randy
stockbroker to act out his kinky fantasies was today (Monday) jailed
for 18 months at Southwark Crown Court for swindling him out of
pounds 2,000.

The 30-year-old blonde trans-sexual was said to have ‘clipped’
Canadian broker David Martin, 26, out of the cash after offering the
Toronto based businessman sex in London’s notorious Soho red
light district.

Hart, who started life as plain Kevin Spence, was told by the Judge,
Mr Recorder Pitts: ‘I have heard evidence of your sex change from male
to female and I accept that situation must have been very very
traumatic for you.

‘
But the judge added:’In my view the sex change is no mittigation in
your case.

‘
He said Hart had ‘fleeced’ the naive stockbroker and right thinking
members of the public would be outraged if a prison sentence was not
passed.

Hart was found guilty of three charges of obtaining property by
deception after a five day trial.

The prosecution claim sex never took place after Mr Martin agreed to
pay pounds 20 for a massage from the ‘slim’ and ‘pleasant’ girl.

Instead Hart disappeared with his cash after paying 100 times the
figure as deposits for rooms and the girl herself, and as loans for
the hooker’s trendy shopping in March this year.

The call-girl maintained that balding Mr Martin turned nasty when she
revealed she was once a man.

She claimed she had dominated the businessman in hotel rooms in
kinky bondage sessions and even had sex with him in a car park.

Hart, of Mount Pleasant Road, Tottenham, denied the charges.

The hooker, who flashed her breasts at photographers when leaving
court during the trial, will serve her sentence at a prison for women.
