Recluse downloaded sick child porn while on bail for the same offence

A recluse who surfed the internet for ‘hideous’ child pornography while on police bail for doing the same thing has been jailed for two years. Paul Upton, 49, was first arrested after police raided his home in Walthamstow, east London, on 29 April last year. He was initially granted police bail pending investigations.
