Accused wife killer in court

A Pakistani man accused of murdering his wife has appeared at the  Old Bailey . Muhammad Javed, 58, killed 54-year-old Saeeda Hussain at their house in Staines Road, Ilford on 13 February this year, it is alleged. Police were called to the property in at around 6pm where Ms Hussain had suffered serious head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Javed was arrested and charged with murder the next day.
