‘My DNA was on mower cord used to strangle her’

A gardener accused of murdering the elderly secretary of an allotment association admits his DNA was found on the mower cord used to strangle her, a court heard. Widow Lea Adri-Soejoko, 80, was allegedly assaulted and rendered defenceless by plot holder Rahim Mohammadi, 42, before being throttled and laid on a pallet in a cobwebbed outhouse.
