Pickpockets jetted into London from Romania

Two Romanian thieves were arrested hours after they jetted into London when they used a victim’s card to buy drinks as she sat in the same bar. Marius Mitica, 21 and Cristofor Piciu, 48, were caught swiping phones and bank cards by an off-duty police officer in the West End the day after they arrived in the country.
