Accused Italian fundo in court

An Italian terror suspect who swore an oath of allegiance to ISIS has appeared in court charged with possession of extremist material. Salim Youssoufi, 25, fled his homeland after police became suspicious about his beliefs. Italian police tipped off their British counterparts and Youssoufi was arrested in Birmingham on 13 December.
