In court for upskirting – exposed himself on the way home

A man sexually assaulted a woman on the morning he was released on bail for taking upskirt pictures, a court heard. Almost immediately after leaving court Turk Hassan Degirmenci, 34, sexually assaulted a woman at Knightsbridge Tube station while exposing his genitals on 2 December.
