Teenagers went on South Bank ammonia rampage

A teenager who attacked three men with skin-burning ammonia in random attacks near Waterloo station has been spared jail. Lewis Kerrigan, 18, and a 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named due to his age, squirted the victims with the strong alkaline liquid near The Waterloo Tap pub on 24 October 2025.
