A 15 year old girl claiming to have been sexually

A 15 year old girl claiming to have been sexually abused by
her step-father since the age of seven, told a jury she did not know
who was the father of her six month old baby — her boyfriend or her
step-father.

The slight, pale figure leaning in the witness box at
Isleworth Crown Court today (Wednesday) said that about the time she
be came pregnant in June last year, her step-father told her to go
upstairs and tidy her room.

‘I didn’t want to go upstairs because I knew what would
happen,’ she said.

‘I was struggling but he pushed me upstairs.

I said
‘Don’t hurt me, leave me alone’.

I was kicking my legs and moving my
arms in a frightened sort of way.

He just grabbed hold of?my wrists
and forced me back on the bed’.

The girl, now in the care of the London Borough of Hounslow,
said her step-father first had sex with her when she was seven, and
the family were living in Feltham.

‘It happened quite often,’ she
said.

But in January last year she found a boyfriend who, as the
result of an accident, suffers from epilepsy, said Mr Philip Gaisford,
prosecuting.

On one occasion, the boy, who lived with the family, was
recovering from a fit and woke up to see the man ‘on top of his step-
daughter under a sheet on the bed’, said counsel.

It was this
incident that brought matters to light when the family, including the
mother, faced the step-father with the girl’s allegations.

The
defendant, 50, from Heston, denies raping the girl and two ‘specimen’
charges of indecently assaulting her since October 1977.

He has
admitted having unlawful sex with her.

Judge Suzanne Norwood ordered that the girl should not be
identified.
