A 21-year-old Surrey man today appeared at the Old Bailey (fri) accused of raping a teenager in an alleyway.
Cory Mundle of (35) Queen’s Road, Croydon denied raping the 17-year-old – who was just 16 at the time of the alleged attack.
It is claimed Mundle carried out the sex attack on July 6 this year.
He was remanded in custody to reappear at the Old Bailey on January 21 next year.
