A Notting Hill Carnival reveller accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl appeared in court. Simon Levy, 34, is said to have attacked the teenager at Europe’s largest street party in west London on 26 August 2018. The 34-year-old is also accused of assaulting a female aged 16 or over at the Stables Market in Camden, on 29 June 2018.
