Oguz Batmaz, 26, is also said to have dealt in cannabis and cocaine while employed by the Safer Neighbourhoods team in Bromley, Kent.
He is alleged to have accessed police computers over three years from July 2007 to check personal details about his associates and to find the location of local cannabis factories.
Fellow PCSO Nicholas Goodwin, 24, is said to have helped gather the information on some occasions.
Batmaz is also said to have dealt drugs alongside his lodger Filipe de Frietas and Kadir Ozresberoglu, both 24, and minicab driver David Hazell, 45, who worked as a delivery man for the pair.
