The boss of a supercar hire firm failed to deliver Ferraris and Lamborghinis to customers while splashing cash at Harrods, Gucci and Prada. Andrew Brown’s firm Classic Parade Ltd offered luxury motors to brides and grooms, influencers and terminally ill people wanting to ride in a supercar.
